Full risk assessments were carried out prior to works commencing, and the schedule was adapted to accommodate the presence of young children, with particular attention paid to managing noise levels.</p>
<p>Due to restricted rear access, a bespoke scaffold structure was designed and erected over the side extension. This provided secure access for the roofing team while protecting the extension roof and safely containing debris. All materials were transported from the front of the property to the rear using the scaffold system, avoiding the need to move materials through the home and ensuring the family could remain comfortably in residence throughout the project.</p>
