It all began with Richard Senior, who learned the trade from his father — a skilled roofer who taught him not just how to work with roofs, but how to work with pride, integrity, and attention to detail. Those same values were later passed on to Richard Junior, ensuring the family tradition continued.
Over the years, both Richard Senior and Richard Junior expanded their experience beyond roofing, working across various trades and professions. This broader background strengthened their problem-solving abilities, work ethic, and understanding of construction as a whole — skills that continue to set Two Hammers Roofing apart today.

Two Hammers Roofing officially came to life in 2020 — a year that challenged many and forced countless people to rebuild and begin again. For Richard Senior and Richard Junior, the path forward was clear.
Roofing was in their blood. It was a craft learned more than 30 years earlier and refined through decades of hands-on experience. Returning to the trade felt less like starting from scratch and more like coming home. With family knowledge, trusted skills, and a commitment to doing things properly, Two Hammers Roofing was born.

As work began to roll in, Two Hammers Roofing quickly established a strong local reputation. Every job was completed with care and attention to detail – and clients noticed.
Without any marketing or advertising, the business grew entirely through word of mouth. Recommendations from satisfied customers became the driving force behind the company’s growth, reinforcing the belief that quality workmanship speaks for itself.

First Office
First Office
As demand increased, it became clear that the business needed space to grow. The first official office was set up in Richard Junior’s spare bedroom — a definite upgrade from running things off the kitchen table.
This milestone also marked the company’s first administrative hire, Courtney. With Courtney handling day-to-day administration, scheduling, and customer communication, Richard was able to focus more time on site work and business development. This shift allowed Two Hammers Roofing to operate more efficiently and continue its steady growth.

New Premises
New Premises
After outgrowing the spare-bedroom office, Two Hammers Roofing took a major leap forward by moving into dedicated premises. The new location provided both a professional office space and a full scaffolding yard, giving the business room to expand its operations.
This move not only supported the continued growth of Two Hammers Roofing, but also led to the launch of an exciting new venture — Two Hammers Scaffolding. With greater control over access and safety solutions, the company was able to further improve efficiency, quality, and service for its clients.
